What is a color analysis and how does it work?
During a color analysis, we assess your skin tone, hair color, and eye color to determine your color season. Based on the results, you’ll receive a personalized color palette designed to enhance your natural features.
After purchasing a color analysis, you’ll receive a questionnaire along with a clear photo guide explaining how to take the required photos. Once you’ve uploaded them, you’ll receive your results within 48 hours, including a personalized color palette that perfectly matches your unique coloring.
What are the benefits of a color analysis for my wardrobe?
A color analysis helps you make confident wardrobe choices, so you’ll always wear colors that enhance your natural features. No more second-guessing while shopping, fewer bad purchases, and a wardrobe that works beautifully together.
How accurate is the analysis?
For our analyses, we use the 12-season color analysis system to determine your personal color palette. This is a widely recognized method in color analysis. In addition, we have refined this method with our own techniques to make our analyses even more accurate.We ensure that you receive a personalized color palette and tailored advice. However, the accuracy of your analysis depends on the quality of the photos you provide. The better your photos, the more accurate your results will be. That’s why it’s important to carefully read our Photo Guide and follow all the instructions.
Can I order the E-book and Color Fan separately?
Yes, if you already know your color season, you can order the E-book or Color Fan of your color season separately.
What are the different packages and what is included?
We offer two packages:

How do I know which package suits me best?
We offer two packages to suit different needs. If you’re looking for the essentials and personalized advice, Discover Your Colors is the perfect choice. If you’d like a practical tool to take shopping, such as a Color Fan, we recommend The Perfect Palette.
What is included in a Style Guide?
A Style Guide provides detailed information about your color season and includes advice on colors, clothing, fabrics, prints, accessories, color combinations, and makeup. It provides clear guidance and helps you shop with confidence.
Can I wear colors outside my color palette?
Yes! Your color palette is a guide, not a set of rules. While the colors in your palette are the most flattering for your natural features, you’re always free to wear any color you like. We encourage you to experiment and express your personal style. Your color palette simply helps you make more confident choices and discover the shades that make you look and feel your best.
What is a Color Fan?
The Color Fan is a collection of your seasonal colors, designed to take with you and compare directly with clothing while shopping, making it easier to choose colors that truly suit you.
Is the color analysis suitable for all skin tones and hair colors?
Yes, the analysis is suitable for everyone, regardless of skin tone or hair color.
What if I change my hair color? Will it affect my color season?
Changing your hair color may affect which shades suit you best, but your natural color season generally remains the same.
What if my personal preferences differ from the recommended color palette?
Our advice helps you discover the colors that enhance your natural features, but you’re always free to wear the colors you love. We encourage you to experiment and develop your own personal style within your color palette.
Can I purchase the color analysis in separate steps, for example the analysis first and the guide later?
No. Every color analysis always includes a digital Style Guide (e-book) tailored to your color season. However, you can always choose to purchase the matching Color Fan separately at a later time if you’d like.
Is the color analysis also suitable for men?
Yes, men can also book a color analysis with us. The color analysis itself is fully suitable for men. Your color season and personal color palette are determined in exactly the same way. However, our Style Guides are currently designed primarily for women. While the color advice is equally applicable to men, some of the styling tips and outfit examples are tailored to a women’s wardrobe.
Process
How is my color season determined?
We use your photos to analyze your natural features. Based on our own method combined with the internationally recognized 12-season color analysis system, we determine your personal color season.
What is the process after my purchase?
After purchase, you will receive a questionnaire and a guide for taking photos. Once you have uploaded the photos, we analyze them and you will receive the results of your color analysis and an e-book within 48 hours.
Did you purchase a package with a color fan and style guide? Then you will receive the results within 48 hours and your products will be sent as soon as possible. Keep an eye on your email for updates on your order.
Can I get a color analysis without uploading my photos?
No, we need your photos to accurately assess your natural features and provide a precise color analysis.
Can I get a color analysis without uploading my photos?
After your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you purchased a package, you’ll receive a second email containing a link to the questionnaire and instructions for uploading your photos. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder first. Still can’t find it? Please contact us using the contact form on our website.
How do I take the right photos for my color analysis?
You will receive a Photo Guide with clear instructions on how to take the required photos. This helps ensure the best possible quality and the most accurate color analysis.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Once you’ve uploaded your photos, you’ll receive your color analysis results within 48 hours. Any physical products included in your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
Do I need to wear specific clothing for the photos?
We recommend wearing neutral-colored clothing without patterns to avoid distractions. Full details are provided in the Photo Guide you’ll receive after your purchase.
What happens if my photos aren't suitable?
If the photos you’ve submitted aren’t suitable for an accurate analysis, we’ll contact you with further instructions on how to take and submit new photos.
What happens to my photos after a color analysis?
After completing your color analysis, we keep your photos for another 14 days so we can answer any follow-up questions. After this period, the photos are permanently removed from our system. If you have questions after that or want a new analysis, we will ask you to upload photos again.
Shipping & Delivery
When and how will I receive my color analysis results?
Once you’ve uploaded your photos, you can expect to receive your color analysis results within 48 hours. Your results will be sent by email, along with your digital Style Guide (if included). Any physical products included in your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
What is the delivery time for products such as the Color Fan?
Our physical products are shipped within 1–3 business days after your color analysis has been completed.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. International orders are shipped for a flat rate of €4.95.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns
Can I return or cancel a color analysis?
As color analyses are personalized services, packages cannot be returned or canceled after purchase. Likewise, digital Style Guides (e-books) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. However, products purchased separately outside of a package may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
What is our return policy?
Products purchased separately may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Packages and digital products, such as Style Guides (e-books), are excluded from our return policy.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused and undamaged. If a product is returned damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund or refuse the return. If there’s a problem with your order due to our mistake or a defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@kleuranalyse-online.nl.

How can I request a return?
Please contact us through our contact form to request a return. Once your return request has been approved, you’ll need to complete the return form and include it with your return shipment. Without the completed form, we won’t be able to process your return. If you’re unable to open the return form, please contact us. Please contact us.

How long does it take to receive my refund after returning an item?
Once we’ve received your returned products, we’ll refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Are there any costs associated with returning an item?
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. We recommend packaging your return securely and, if possible, using a tracked shipping service. If we do not receive your return, we will be unable to process your refund.
