Did you purchase a package with a color fan and style guide? Then you will receive the results within 48 hours and your products will be sent as soon as possible. Keep an eye on your email for updates on your order.
No, for an accurate analysis we need photos to properly assess your natural characteristics. Your photos are used exclusively for the analysis.
After completing your color analysis, we keep your photos for another 14 days so we can answer any follow-up questions. After this period, the photos are permanently removed from our system. If you have questions after that or want a new analysis, we will ask you to upload photos again.
Yes, if you already know your season type, you can order the style guide and/or color fan separately. The pocket guide can only be ordered in combination with a style guide.
Yes, the analysis is suitable for all women, regardless of skin tone or hair color.
