What happens after I order?
After your purchase you receive a questionnaire and a guide for taking your photos. Once you've uploaded the photos, we analyze them and you receive your results and digital style guide within 48 hours. Did you choose The Perfect Palette? We ship your color fan within 1-2 working days after your results.
Who reviews my analysis?
We do, personally. Every time. No automated tool or scan is involved.
Why 12 types and not 4, 16, 20 or even 24?
With 4 seasons you're placed in a large group, for example 'autumn'. But a Soft Autumn and a Dark Autumn wear completely different colors. And if you have a neutral undertone, you don't really fit anywhere in the 4-season system. With 12 types there is room for that. Systems with 16, 20 or 24 types split the groups even further. That sounds more precise, but it also makes the palette per type narrower. With 12 types you get a broader palette, so you can play and combine more within your colors.
What if my photos aren't good enough?
Then we'll ask you for a new photo. We'd rather not guess. With the guide it almost always works the first time: daylight by a window, no make-up, your phone is all you need.
What if I don't recognize myself in my results?
Let us know within 14 days and we'll look at your photos again and explain what our choice is based on.
Do I have to throw out my whole wardrobe?
No. Your palette is a tool, not an obligation. Most women start with what's close to the face (tops, scarves, make-up) and simply leave the rest as it is.
Can I do a color analysis without photos?
No. For an accurate analysis we need photos to properly assess your natural features. Your photos are used only for your analysis.
What happens to my photos?
We keep your photos for 14 days after your analysis, so we can answer any follow-up questions. After that they are permanently deleted.
Is the color analysis suitable for all skin tones and hair colors?
Yes, the analysis is suitable for every woman, whatever her skin tone or hair color.
Can I order the color fan or e-book separately?
Yes. If you already know your season, you can order your color fan and/or e-book separately in our shop.
