Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll immediately receive an email containing instructions on how to take the right photos and a link to the questionnaire. You can easily upload your photos there.
You will receive your personalised results by email within 48 hours. Depending on the package you have chosen, you will receive your Style Guide digitally and/or your physical products will be carefully posted to you.
Digital products are always available in your account on our website. You can log in at any time to view or re-download your Style Guide. The Style Guide is available in a user-friendly PDF format, so you can easily open it on your phone, tablet or laptop. That way, you’ll always have your colours and tips to hand.
Physical products are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 working days via PostNL or DHL. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Delivery is free within the Netherlands.
