These are the colors almost everyone reaches for when things need to be easy. They feel safe, go with everything and do not stand out. But not every neutral color suits you equally well. The wrong shade of grey or beige can make you look just as washed out as a bright color that does not suit you. There is warm and cool grey, yellowish and pinkish beige, pure white and cream. If you have little contrast, for example light blonde hair and light eyes, neutral colors that are close to each other often suit you best, such as cream with camel or dove grey with soft white. If you have a lot of contrast, such as dark hair and light skin, you can combine light and dark instead, for example white with navy.
